Hosting corporate conferences is a pleasure at Bennetts Tauranga Motor Inn. We provide a fully functional, spacious conference room with charming water views seating up to 20 delegates comfortably. With plenty of natural light and a convenient location next to reception, our conference room is ideal for functions, full conferences or business meetings.
Conferences at Bennetts Tauranga Motor Inn are personalised to meet your meeting needs. We offer catering on request and we are happy to discuss all dietary options. Flexible and attentive, Bennetts staff are experienced at ensuring your conference is successful and staff will be on hand to help on the day. While we provide plenty of tables, comfortable chairs, basic equipment needs and a meet and greet area for your conference, other electronic equipment is hired on demand. Terms and Conditions
* All bookings require a credit card number associated to secure your room.
* Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
* All guests must provide a valid credit card to confirm their reservation. The property reserves the right to request a security deposit of a minimum of $100 if a valid credit card is not provided. This security deposit may be used to cover any additional charges such as excessive cleaning, damage, or odors, and will be refunded after a room inspection upon check-out.
* Guests arriving after hours are required to notify us in advance to arrange for a late check-in. Please inform us by sending a message through email(stay@btmi.co.nz) or by calling 075785041 at least 3 hours prior to the reception's closing time. Payment must be completed before the office closes for late check-ins. Failure to do so may be considered a ‘No Show,’ and at least one night’s room rate will be charged. Please be aware that late after-hour calls may incur an additional fee of $50 NZD.
* We only allow pets under or around 10kg and no more than 2 pets are allowed per room. A minimum $20/pet charge may be applied, please inquire before booking if you are travelling with pets.
* Please be considerate of other hotel guests, keep noise levels to a minimum and do not have visitors, gatherings in your room after 9.00pm.
* There is also a 'Quiet Time' 9pm to 7am.
We have a no noise or party policy. Management
reserves the right to evict without warning.
* We do not allow any other businesses including prostitution in our property and will be asked to leave without refund.
* 3 week's notice of a cancellation is required during secondary school, Local Events and public holiday periods. 48 hours notice is required for all other times. Short notice will result in a charge of at least 1 night's accommodation unless the unit can be sold.
